SkillOps Cancellation And Renewal Disclosures
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These disclosures apply to self-service SkillOps subscriptions purchased through the SkillOps application or a SkillOps checkout flow. If you signed a separate Order Form, the Order Form controls if it conflicts with these disclosures. Self-service subscriptions are offered by Enchiridion Labs LLC to United States business and professional customers.
Automatic Renewal
SkillOps subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Monthly subscriptions renew each month.
- The renewal amount is the then-current subscription price for your selected plan, plus applicable taxes, unless an Order Form states otherwise.
- Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period.
By selecting a paid plan, starting checkout, or completing purchase, you authorize SkillOps and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Current Self-Service Plans
Current public monthly plans:
- SkillOps Pilot: $299/month.
- SkillOps Team: $999/month.
- SkillOps Business: $2,499/month.
Taxes, if any, may be added depending on your billing information and the tax settings in effect at checkout.
How To Cancel
You may cancel a self-service subscription online:
- Sign in to SkillOps.
- Go to
Admin > Billing. - Select
Manage billing. - Use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel the subscription.
If you cannot access the billing portal, contact vh@vivekhaldar.com and request cancellation. Include your organization name and billing email.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless the checkout flow, Stripe Customer Portal, or an Order Form says otherwise:
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period;
- you will continue to have access until the period ends;
- you will not be charged for the next renewal period after cancellation is effective; and
- support can process immediate termination manually when appropriate.
Refunds And Tax Adjustments
One first self-service purchase per organization is eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and there has been no meaningful production use. Renewal charges are eligible for refund if requested within 72 hours of renewal and there has been no post-renewal production use. Publishing a production skill or invoking the managed gateway is meaningful production use.
Outside those grace windows, partial-month or partial-year refunds are not provided except where required by law, expressly agreed in writing, or approved as a billing-error or goodwill adjustment. SkillOps may deny or limit refunds for fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, excessive usage inconsistent with refund intent, repeated refund requests, or accounts previously refunded within the last 12 months.
Stripe calculates applicable taxes from billing address, tax ID, and transaction data where Stripe Tax is enabled. Approved refunds may include related tax adjustments, credit notes, or Stripe refund records according to Stripe's tax and invoicing behavior.
Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and may produce prorated charges or credits. Downgrades take effect at the next monthly renewal.
Price Changes
SkillOps will provide at least 30 days' email notice before a price increase or other material commercial change. A price increase takes effect no earlier than your next monthly renewal. If you do not agree to the change, cancel before it takes effect.
Acknowledgment After Purchase
After purchase, SkillOps will provide a durable in-app acknowledgment that includes the seller, customer organization, plan, price, taxes, renewal cadence, cancellation method, refund terms, invoice or receipt access, billing-management link, and accepted legal-document versions. SkillOps or Stripe may also send transactional email about the purchase. Keep the acknowledgment for your records.
