SkillOps Subprocessor List

SkillOps is provided by Enchiridion Labs LLC. This list identifies the subprocessors and service providers used for the initial United States business-to-business offering.
Subprocessors
Google Cloud Platform And Firebase Hosting
- Purpose: application and website hosting, compute, managed PostgreSQL, object storage, logging, monitoring, and secret storage.
- Data involved: Customer Data, account data, authentication metadata, operational logs, audit records, and application configuration.
- Processing location: United States regions selected for the Service, plus locations used by Google to provide and secure its services.
Stripe
- Purpose: payment processing, subscription billing, invoices, tax calculation, receipts, and Customer Portal.
- Data involved: customer and billing contact details, subscription and plan metadata, tax information, invoice data, and payment status. SkillOps does not store full payment-card or bank-account details.
- Processing location: locations used by Stripe to provide and secure its services.
Scalekit
- Purpose: social and enterprise SSO routing.
- Data involved: user identity, email, provider identifiers, authentication metadata, and organization-routing information.
- Processing location: locations used by Scalekit to provide and secure its services.
Google And Microsoft Identity Services
- Purpose: customer-selected social or enterprise authentication.
- Data involved: identity claims, email address, provider subject, and authentication metadata.
- Processing location: locations used by the selected identity provider.
Google Workspace
- Purpose: support, privacy, security, legal, and billing communications.
- Data involved: contact details, message content, and support or account context supplied by the sender.
- Processing location: locations used by Google to provide and secure Google Workspace.
Other Infrastructure Providers
Porkbun provides authoritative DNS and domain operations. It is listed for transparency but is not used to store Customer Data.
Anthropic production publication is disabled in the initial launch environment. Anthropic is not a launch subprocessor. SkillOps will update this list before enabling a new production data flow that makes another provider a subprocessor.
Changes
Customer provides general authorization for the subprocessors listed above. SkillOps will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a material subprocessor where reasonably practicable. A customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by emailing vh@vivekhaldar.com before the change takes effect. SkillOps and the customer will work in good faith on a commercially reasonable resolution.
